Hi all,

The machine that runs our RR has finally packed up and died. We can get it on and working, but as soon as we start to render, the machine gets too hot and disconnects.

We want to shift RR to one of our newer machines, but we need to know how to do this. Is our license restricted to the machine's mac address? Can we deactivate and open on a new machine? How does it work?

Our tech guy here at our studio is currently trying to work it out, so he knows more about it than me, but in the meantime I thought I'd get on here and ask.

Exocortex aren't open yet so I can't call them - and RR don't seem to have a contact number.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks

Kelsi
