#1675 | Submitter | Plugins defect | XSI: scene settings "timeline", scene timeline not 1-100, but 1-100 send

I thought this error was resolved but we are still experiencing a problem.

XSI:
When we send a job with "Scene Frames Settings:" set to "Timeline" we are still getting a frame range in RR from 1-100 instead of what the frame range should be.

You have this listed as #1675 on http://www.royalrender.de/cms/downloads/fixeschanges/

our submitter plugin is dated 5/19/2010

thanks,

mdreams

Hi

Can it be that the plugin was not reinstalled on that machine after the fix?

The submitter plugin is in our network workgroup, so all the machines pull the same version. The version on the plugin we are using is "Last change: v 6.00.10".

Please execute these lines in the XSi script editor with the scene opened:
LogMessage(GetValue("Passes.RenderOptions.FrameRangeSource"));
LogMessage(Getvalue("PlayControl.In"));
LogMessage(Getvalue("PlayControl.Out"));

What do they return?

results:
// INFO : 2
// INFO : 1
// INFO : 338

I double checked the settings via the submitter and it again says 1-100

Hi

I just rechecked with SI 2011 Sp1.
I checked if I set the scene settings to timeline and if I set the pass to timeline, both worked fine.

Are you sure there is no old plugin on the local drive of that machine?

When you call the submission plugin, then you get
INFO : rrSubmit v 6.00.10.
in the xsi script log.

Please recheck in XSI via the plugin submitter.
Factory/Plug-ins/RRSubmitPlugin.

RRSubmit();

No local submission plugin.

Still busted.

Tomorrow we are updating to your latest version of RR. I will respond tomorrow if that makes a change.

Please upload the scene via www.RoyalRender.de/upload.php.
Perhaps I can repro with that scene.

Which XSI version do you use?

I can repro the issue with your scene and it will be fixed for the next release.
PS: it only seem to happen with 338 as end frame, 337 works. Some rounding issue in XSI.
