I couldn't understand where to connect Texture 3d warp
I want to distord 2d image on XSI. Where should I this shader connect to ?

You have to use a texture projection node.
Connect that into the coord input of the Texture 3D warp.
Then the 3D Warp into the coordinates input of the Image_2d. (there are two different image 2D in XSI, you have to use the one from the texture generator section)

I could connect texture3d_warp to Fractal cell node,
but I didn't know how to connect texture3dwarp to 2d image's coordinates...

XSI has two different Image2d shaders.
You should not use the first one.
Use the one from the texture generation section.

The difference is:
1. image2d: It has a dropdown list for texture projections.
2. image2d: It has a coordinate input.

I found "Image_lookup" node !!
It has a coordinate input !
