A new version of the essential and the volume package is available.

It is compatible with Softimage 2010 and Maya 2010.

The fractal shader has a new "detail fade-off" to reduce far-away flickering.
The cell shader has now the same effects as the fractal shader (e.g. recursion levels). This offers you a broad range of new fractal textures.

Volume Cloud preview mode enables scatter even if main scatter is disabled
Volume Cloud slices mode: density affects RGB
Volume Cloud marching algorithm samples 1 samples outside volume hull
