Hi,

we are still in v6:
for years we have been using a fixed seq divide of min10 max10. This seemed to fit us.
But now we have some newer machines, we have a lot more discrepancy between machine speeds,
and we are not seeing RR making enough Seq Divide adjustments for the slower clients to receive a lot less frames.

I assume it would help if seq divide range was wider say 1-20?

Cheers,
F.

Yes, you need to give RR a range for Sequence Divide. Then it can send more frames to faster machines and less to slower machines.
With KSO, you can reduce the min/max bit more than without as the scene does not have to be reloaded.
